We are considered "Snowbirds" according to Florida! Spent 3 months this past winter! Suzi was great to work with and very attentive to any of our needs! We loved the location and being able to walk the beach to St. Andrews Park. The view off the decks and being able to see the dolphins and people on the beach were great! The condo was very comfortable(you will love the bed in the master now that there is a topper) so comfy, ty Suzi! You will want for nothing in the kitchen (except maybe a muffin tin) We do feel that the living room could use some more comfortable chairs. It was fine for the two of us on the sofa but when we had company not so much. We would have rented again for next winter but owners will be using it. Maybe again in the future!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying at the Beach Path condo at the Moonspinner in PCB FL. This place felt nothing like a rental and more like a "home away from home".
Super comfortable and tasteful decor; Fully furnished condo with all appliances, even a washer and dryer!; Dishes, cookware, etc - everything provided except food and toiletries; Gated community with exceptional feeling of security; Clean and well maintained surroundings; Two balconies, two bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath, plus a 1/2 bath downstairs with the pull out sofa.
Solid construction prevented unwanted noise from neighboring condos. The swimming pool and hot tub gave us a perfect way to sunbathe, relax and/or cool off when the ocean waters were a bit rough. Private beach with stunning white sand and beautiful little shells. Morning walks revealed scampering crabs ducking into their holes.
Proximity to everything we need for a spectacular vacation including jet ski tours for dolphin spotting, sea kayak rentals, a winery, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, go-kart tracks, mini-golf, etc.
We're bringing our kids and grandson next year!! We had such a fantastic time. We weren't in the condo much, but the streaming channels on the TVs and plenty of table space for games would have made a rainy day easy to enjoy too.
We watched lightning in the distance for hours one night from one of the balconies...with the sound of the surf and constant balmy breeze, this was a vacation that was a "dream come true" in so many ways.
I can't fathom anyone not enjoying themselves at Beach Path. It's located between the State Park and the busier areas of PCB and whispers of privacy.

Love this place and the location next to the State Park. The renovations at Moonspinner improve the look of the entire complex. Caught many fish from the beach, saw deer, dolphin, a manatee and other wildlife and sea life. Recommend getting some additional higher quality fry pans for the kitchen, one is not enough.

This is my second stay at this fabulous condo..with a third trip booked next year…I could not be more pleased. Two fabulous decks that are complete ocean views…everything inside is updated and quite comfortable. The condo outside has had renovations as well. I love being away from the crowds with private beach attendants that adjust your umbrellas thoughout the day. It is cleaned to perfection..also love having secured parking with an attendant at the gate. Thank you Suzi for providing such an excellant stay.

Beach Path is BY FAR the best place to stay on Panama City Beach! We have made Beach Path our second home for almost 10 years. Suzi is wonderful to work with, so accommodating, and prepares you for all you need to make your trip worry free. The accommodations at Beach Path are top notch, always updated and very comfortable. The views are stunning, and the sunsets are beautiful. Beach Path is a hidden gem on the Emerald Coast!

We stayed at Beach Path for the month of November. It truly is a space to enjoy your time at the beach. Very quiet street, also the location is a plus. Everything you need is either already furnished at the condo or just a short trip away. We enjoyed knowing the security personnel checked you in each time you entered the property. We enjoyed talking with Carl. Looking forward to returning. Suzi was very easy to work with and contact. Her response was always timely.

I just wanted to write about our most recent stay at Beach Path, it was amazing. The view and location is one of our favorites. We watched Fred move through only to bring some wonderful days behind him. The water became more clear each day. The condo worked very well for us and most certainly met our needs. We never say good bye, just until next time. Rental is easy and owner is very easy to work with at the Beach Path.

This is BY FAR my favorite place to stay in Panama City. The condo is well maintained, well decorated and super clean. Having the 2nd floor gives enough space for all to have their own areas so you don't feel like you are on top of each other all the time. The 2 balconies are HUGE and make for a great place to watch the beautiful gulf sunrises and sunsets. St. Andrews State Park is next door so there isn't another condominium complex to crowd the beaches. This makes for a very enjoyable socially distanced beach experience. As for the ocean, you can walk out into the water forever and still touch the bottom. My kids loved this part the most! Thanks for offering your treasure of Beach Path to others! I soooo look forward to making this an annual stop during our summers!

Our stay at Beach Path was wonderful! Being beside the State Park allowed for tons of private beach space & we loved being able to spread out. The seashell jars in the condo made my daughter’s day. Suzi was a delight to work with; she went above & beyond to mail my husband’s shoes to him after he accidentally left them during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Beach Path is a home away from home. It has all the amenities you need plus more. The washer and dryer along with the overly stocked kitchen makes for some great, stay in for the night, cooked dinners after a long day at the beach. The gulf view and 2 huge balconies are a vacationers dream! I love that when you rent the condo you also get free beach chair rentals. The house is always clean which makes it super welcoming. The home owners are awesome! They are easy to contact and make the rental process as simple as it can be. St. Andrews park is in walking distance and the beach is uncrowded which makes for a peaceful day in the water. Can’t wait to return next summer ☀️ 🏝

I would highly recommend Beach Path at Moonspinner. We have returned for 3 years at the same time!!😀 The unit is well equipped with everything we need for our 1 month stay. We love the view and the swimming pool is heated. It is at the quiet end of Panama City Beach right next to St.Andrews State Park. Great for beach walks and shell hunting. There are amazing sunsets too!

We have stayed in this condo a few times, never disappointed! The view is awesome from the balcony especially sunsets. We enjoy the heated pool and the hot tub. It is a short walk from the unit to the beach, my favorite! The Moonspinner location is a plus as well as there is little traffic and noise to be heard. The renting and check in process was seamless. Counting the days until I can rent from Suzi again as she is very thoughtful and easy to work with.

Fast elevators. Well stocked kitchen and everything was in great shape including non-stick pans which is rare. Not crowded like other areas of PCB. Amazing views. Would definitely stay there again.

5 Stars - Top 10 things we loved about Beach Path at Moonspinner.
1. The amazingly awesome view of the ocean from two balconies on floor 5 and 6!
2. The spotlessly clean well-appointed townhouse-style condo in a very clean and well-maintained building.
3. The beautiful pool area with nice facilities. Expansive green lawn, sand dunes, and walkway to the beach.
4. The quick access to the uncrowded and clean beach. Being on the far end of PCB is less crowded and within walking distance to the undeveloped beaches of the state park to the east.
5. Proximity to all the great restaurants and attractions in PCB within a five to twenty minute drive.
6. St. Andrew's State Park just a minute's walk away!
7. The included week of beach chair rental!
8. The friendly staff who checked in our car and showed us where to park our bikes for the week.

Two thumbs up for your beautiful home. It has a beautiful interior and the views from both balconies are spectacular! It is a very quiet location, which is exactly what we were looking for. But It is only a short drive or walk to some excellent restaurants. The beach is everything I remembered it to be. It was incredibly clean and has the consistency of white flour. If you’re looking for a quiet relaxing vacation home with a beautiful view and a stunning beach definitely consider this condominium townhouse.Keith & Beth
The condo is comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and so very well stocked. Even though I didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was very impressive. And, I liked the cool green of the walls, and the attractive, eclectic art pieces you have hanging. Each room was very welcoming.

We had a wonderful time at Beach Path in the Moonspinner complex. It exceeded our expectations; with amazing views, the convince location and all the comforts of home. The two floors were nice to separate sleeping upstairs and living on the first level. The pictures shown of the condo only give you a glimpse of what to expect. We look forward to enjoying another stay in the future.
