    You may find a cheaper rate somewhere, but be sure to check out the size of their beach front AND the number of units in the building. Multiply the units by 4 people and that's who you will be sharing the beach front with. Also, are there huge condos on either side? That's even more people!

    The Moonspinner has three buildings side by side which gives us 700 linear feet of beach front. There are approx. 240 units, which means fewer people and more beach front! That's a Win-Win for You!

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO RENTING THIS CONDO:
 
--All rates listed are Plus Tax (12%), Security Deposit: refundable $300 and cleaning fee $125. 
--$50 fee added per month for all monthly rentals to cover AC/Heat allowance. Depending on power bill that month, part of this fee may be refunded. 
--Deposit returned within 14 days after inspection. 
 
--Cancellations – 

On or before 60 days prior to your arrival date, 100% will be refunded minus any CC fees assessed.

Between 45 and 60 days prior to arrival date, deposit payment is forfeited.

Within 45 days of arrival date, rental amount is not refunded unless we can re-rent the time. If able to re-rent, we will refund 100% minus any discounts that were given and minus any credit card fees we were charged by your CC company. 
 --No shows - deposit will be refunded, and rental fees will be forfeited. 
--All rent due in full 6 weeks prior to expected day of arrival. 
--Prefer payment by cashier or personal check. Credit card payment accepted and any credit card fees we are charged will be deducted from your security deposit. 
--No refund for early departure.


 
NO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 unless the unit is occupied by a parent or legal guardian 25 years of age or older, and that parent or guardian must stay the entire rental period.  
Upon departure, condo is inspected and RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES and/or LOSSES TO THE UNIT DURING THEIR STAY WHICH MAY BE ABOVE AND BEYOND THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. After inspection and return of key, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days minus damage/loss and minus credit card fees if applicable. 
--Not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property - keep door locked at all times. 
--NO SMOKING or VAPING in condo OR on balconies OR on Moonspinner property except at the specified Smoking Locations set up by the Moonspinner.

--NO SUBLEASING. 
--Check in after 4:00 pm cst. 
--Check out before 9:30 am cst. 
--Failure to observe check in and out times may result in charge for extra day(s).
